INsite Cover Model Contest

INsite magazine, Gainesville’s No. 1 entertainment monthly, is hosting a contest to find its next local cover model. From Feb. 18 until March 28, it will be accepting applications from anyone who thinks they have what it takes to represent INsite in an upcoming issue.

The winner and runner‐ups will appear in an upcoming issue of the magazine. Not only will the winner (and runner‐ups) participate in a professional photoshoot, complete with hair, makeup and styling, but the winner will receive $200 in prizes from Scissors Salon, Planet Beach & Spa and Market Street Pub, and will appear on the cover of an upcoming issue.

The contest is open to local residents who are at least 18 years old and are available between April 12 and April 22 for a photoshoot. Applicants must submit a 100‐word personal statement and at least two recent photos. Semi‐finalists will be notified by March 31, and they will get to attend and represent INsite at Gainesville Fashion Week events (April 7‐11).

Readers will be able to meet the semi‐finalists at Gainesville Fashion Week and vote for their favorites online. Finalists will be chosen through a combination of reader feedback, submitted materials, personal style, and evaluations by the staff of INsite.
