If your boyfriend asks you to marry him in front of a crowd of more than 20, you’d probably be flustered. Add the fact that he asks you on a field before your softball match, and you’d probably be in shock, let alone too speechless to reply.

Not Francesca Enea. After asked by boyfriend Christian Bruey to marry him in front of 1,186 cheering fans on her senior day, she went on to break the SEC career home run record with 61 home runs.

The Gators won against South Carolina on Sunday with 9-1, jumping from the No. 6 spot to No.2 and securing the 2010 SEC East Division Championship.

Aside from Enea, Corrie Brooks was also honored on senior day before the game.
