Robin Hood
May 14; Action; Rated PG-13; Starring Russell Crowe, Cate Blanchett, William Hurt
This is not your typical Robin Hood movie. The story begins following Robin as a soldier in King Richard's war against the French. As the war draws to a close, Robin tries to find a life for himself. He stumbles upon Nottingham, a town whose corrupt sheriff leaves the citizens destitute and afraid. Unable to stand the injustice, he brings together a band of mercenaries who will take stop at nothing to take back the town from the evil clutches of the rich nobility. Though he began as a self-serving soldier, Robin will soon become a symbol of freedom and justice to the people of his country.
MacGruber
May 21; Comedy; Rated R; Starring Will Forte, Ryan Phillippe, Kristen Wiig
Although MacGruber was originally a short on Saturday Night Live, Will Forte is about to bring this comedic spoof of MacGuyver to the big screen. MacGruber is a highly decorated soldier who swore off the crime-fighting life he loved when his wife tragically died. Unfortunately, he is pulled back into the line of duty when an evil madman hijacks a nuclear arsenal, intending to hold the world ransom. Anyone could battle the forces of evil with superior technology and weapons, but MacGruber doesn't need any of that! He uses his bare hands and whatever materials happen to be lying around. With an elite squad behind him, MacGruber will see justice done.

Those who were once his friends now lead very different and terrible lives. Worst of all, Rumpelstiltskin is now the ruler of Far Far Away. Shrek must now find a way of changing everything back to the way it was, but first, he'll have to recruit his friends and whip them into shape.
