In the sixth installment of the series, Harry Potter finds even more mystery and magic at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. With Professor Slughorn coaxed out of retirement to teach potions class, Harry dives into the course with a mysterious book marked as “Property of the Half-Blood Prince.” Together Harry and Dumbledore work together to overcome dangerous feats and find Voldemort’s only weakness.

Their Take: “Harry is better than ever, a triumph of visual wonder and emotional storytelling.”—Rolling Stone

Our Take: Half-Blood Prince left us begging for more. We can’t wait until the series’ final installment.

The HangoverThe Hangover

Three buddies wake up the morning after a bachelor party in Las Vegas only to find their room in shambles. The suite has accumulated a few dubious things, but more importantly is what is missing—the groom-to-be. It’s the day before the wedding, and the groomsmen must backtrack their drunken steps to find him before its time to head back to Los Angeles.

Their Take: “Now this is what I'm talkin' about. The Hangover is a funny movie, flat out, all the way through.” – Roger Ebert

Our Take: A bit raunchy, but sidesplitting fun.

500 Days of Summer(500) Days of Summer

Tom falls in love with Summer the second he sees her walk into the greeting card company he works for. There’s just one problem—she doesn’t believe in true love. The movie follows the 500 days of Summer and Tom’s courtship and how he comes to fall in love. At the end of it all, Tom must decide whose advice to listen to, and if Summer is really the one for him.

Their Take: “May be the movie that best captures a contemporary romantic sensibility,” —USA Today

Our Take: A breath of fresh air in romantic comedy.
