Lazarus is Travis McCoy's first solo album. Most people know him as the lead singer/rapper of Gym Class Heroes, an alternative rock/hip-hop group. The lead single of his album is "Billionaire," and the album includes a diverse array of production, which listeners will instantly appreciate. McCoy showcases his singing, rapping and inspires you to put your thoughts into action.

Recovery is Eminem’s seventh studio album, and the first single, “Not Afraid,” is in regular rotation on the air. Fans of Eminem will love this album compared to his last one, but I’m not feeling his singing style. Though, the diversity of producers on his album helps showcase Eminem’s talent.

Lil Jon's Crunk Rock has been in the works since 2005. The album was supposed to be a follow-up to Lil Jon’s "Get Low" and would incorporate more rock elements. “Shots,” the first single on the album, was a huge success, and “Work it Out,” featuring Pitbull, fuses elements of house with hip-hop. But, the album didn’t live up to its hype and didn’t incorporate elements of rock music, as it was supposed to.
