Dragonfly put together its most extravagant dinner ever for Valentines, a five-course meal created with a month of planning and a week of prep. Former Dragonfly chef Hiroo Nagahara returned to coordinate the dinner, says Dragonfly co-owner Hirofumi Leung.

Dishes included albacore tuna flown in from Hawaii and Tasmanian King Salmon.
