Taylor Swift kicked off her 2010 Fearless tour in Florida. We caught the show at the Arnway Areana in Orlando Sunday night. Openers Gloriana and Kellie Pickler played nice sets with some production in front of a curtain, which hid Taylor’s stage. When the curtain dropped, Taylor entered the stage in a bandleaders outfit with cheerleader dancers for “You Belong With Me.” At the end of the song, the bandleader outfit ripped away to reveal a glittering dress.

I stopped watching The Bachelor years ago. It seemed that no matter whom he picked, it would never last. I didn’t believe that an eligible guy on a TV show, who’d had 25 women hand-picked specifically for him, could find a wife. As fate would have it, I happened to have my TV on ABC when the season premiere was on. I found myself watching and I’m glad I did.
