Football helmetBreakneck Speed. Uncanny Body Control. Football Season.

Football season has returned and this year brings lots of change for the Florida Gators.

We will see a new coaching staff, new offense, potentially different defensive schemes and many new starters. With all this change, one Jason Anthonything remains: The Gators are one of the fastest teams in the nation. Exploding off the line of scrimmage, weaving in and out of defenders and outrunning potential tacklers demands that players posses explosive power, agility, quickness and speed. I teamed up with a fellow personal trainer, former University of Central Florida wide receiver Britt McGriff, to give you an inside look at the arsenal of drills in every football player’s toolbox.
